    Doug, beds and baths? We have an investor who has several propertise in that area that might have an interest in this one, but do need to have 3 bedrooms.

    Kim, this is a 2br original home but has a 3rd bedroom in the rear with built-in closet. Probably was a screened in porch at one time in the past.
